Uses: Bone-in Ham Roast (2–4 lb, uncured)
Ingredients:

1 Fat Sow bone-in ham roast

½ cup Dijon mustard

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper.

Score the fat cap in a diamond pattern, then brush half the glaze over the roast.

Roast in a baking dish uncovered for 2.5–3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.

Rest 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted sweet potatoes or green beans.
